We’ll be building an authority blog on a topic that we’re excited about. Our aim will be to build a blog that earns a million dollars in revenue over it’s life. Does that sound crazy? I hope not. It only takes $100,000 a year for 10 years to earn a million dollars. This site earned over $100k in it’s first year and has earned more than that just six months into year two. Second, I also want this project to spawn a million dollars in total value over the next two years. If we help 100 people create blogs that earn $10,000 or more each, that’s a million dollars in value this project will have created. Whether it’s 10 blogs that earn $100,000 or 1,000 blogs that earn $1,000, either way we’ll be happy. I moved this year and so I couldn't run a marathon. Usually I run one each year. My personal best is 3:27, so I'd like to try to beat it. Ideally, I'd like to qualify for the Boston Marathon, but for now, we'll try to achieve a personal best in a marathon this year. I'll probably run with my friend in Vancouver in May.

I moved to another city and another job this year. As a result, I lost all my workout buddies and got fat over the last eight months or so. It's time to recover. I want to get from fat gut to flat and cut by the end of June 2012.
