I moved to another city and another job this year. As a result, I lost all my workout buddies and got fat over the last eight months or so. It's time to recover. I want to get from fat gut to flat and cut by the end of June 2012.

  1. Believe!

    If you believe you can do it then you can! That, and making sure there are few barriers in your way.

    My strategy:
    1) Change Diet (no more cookies and chocolate in the house, and delish low carb)
    2) Run (burns about 1/3rd of a lb per hour)

    Plan to drop 2 lbs per week or more this way.
